Stadia11 runs fantasy cricket contests where thousands of users join, build teams, and track live scores simultaneously. We engineered the platform to stay fast and fair under match-day load, with live data, contests, and payouts on one clean architecture.

Match days created brutal traffic spikes. Score updates lagged, contest joins timed out at the worst moments, and the team had no clear view of what was failing where.
