NGO Website Design
A donation-led storytelling system with clear pathways to action.

Overview
Vaidik Seva Ashram runs education and community programmes across Delhi. Their website had one job it wasn't doing: turning empathy into action. We rebuilt it as a storytelling system where every programme page ends in a clear way to donate, volunteer, or share.
The Challenge
The previous site was a static brochure. Programmes were hard to find, donation links broke on mobile, and supporters who read a story had no obvious next step.
Our Approach
- 1
Interviewed programme leads and donors to understand what builds enough trust to give
- 2
Structured the site around programmes, impact stories, and transparent reporting
- 3
Designed donation and volunteer flows that work cleanly on low-end mobile devices
- 4
Set up content templates so the foundation's small team can publish updates without help
The Results
Online donations
Volunteer signups
Returning visitors
- Every story and programme page ends in a clear call to action
- Donations complete in three steps on any device
- The foundation publishes impact updates independently
- Search traffic for programme-related queries grew steadily
"They understood that an NGO website has one job: turn empathy into action. Donations and volunteer signups both moved within the first month."
